How Sanctus Coaching works

Sanctus Coaching can create a unique 1-2-1 coaching space for anyone, an open space for group connection, or a focused coaching track for select cohorts. Our people-first approach means we can tailor coaching to employees’ and businesses’ unique needs, whatever the situation.

Our coaches speak 9 languages, including Spanish, Romanian, Dutch, and English.

In this open, explorative space, employees can work through their daily concerns, develop healthier approaches, and gain new perspectives. These can be booked as individual sessions.

Our focused coaching sessions are evidence-based, impact-led coaching tracks for specific groups.

Using anonymous reporting, you can benchmark existing skills, highlight strengths, and find areas for development.

Available in sessions of 6, 12, or 18.

These interactive workshops are for up to 60 employees. Using a series of prompts, employees can connect, reflect, share, and grow in a confidential space.
