How it works

Cohort groups work 1-2-1 with a Sanctus Coach in a series of focused sessions, following a unique five pillar framework specific to their situation: leadership, parenting, relationships, menopause, and more.

Select a track or desired outcome

Depending on the need, tracks can be used to optimise performance, develop new skills, or support employees through a challenging period.

Tracks are tailored to employee needs

Participants undergo a detailed self-evaluation exercise to provide clear metrics for personal growth over the duration of their coaching track.

1-2-1 sessions with a professional coach

Employees attend regular sessions with an accredited Sanctus Coach, and follow a framework proven to target progress in key areas.
