What’s not changing…

Will employees lose access to their existing coach? 

Employees will still have access to their existing coach. They will also have additional opportunity to book sessions with their coach thanks to the improved session availability.

Will I still receive reporting from Sanctus and be able to track usage of coaching sessions? 

Yes, your Partner Manager will still provide you with regular reporting to help you track and understand how your employees are utilising Sanctus Coaching.  

Will the new platform affect existing employee bookings? 

No, any sessions already booked with a coach will be unchanged. 

Is there any change to the length of coaching sessions? 

No, sessions will remain 50 minutes long.

What is changing…

Can employees book sessions with multiple coaches? 

Employees can book a coaching session with any of the available coaches. Employees may book multiple sessions with their chosen coach within the next 60 days. Booking multiple sessions applies to their selected coach only. If an employee would like to book with another coach, their existing bookings with their current coach will need to be cancelled. 

How will I know how many available sessions we have remaining?

Your Partner Manager will be able to inform you of how many sessions have been booked, as well as how many are available. We will look to inform you when your current coaching sessions are fully booked, helping you to track demand. 

Can I increase the number of available coaching sessions?

Yes, you can increase the amount of available sessions. 

How can I see which sessions are available to book? 

Once you have created your Sanctus account, you will be able to log-in to your booking page and view available sessions.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss additional employee support, please reach out to your Partner Manager who will be on hand to support you. 

What happens when employees cancel their session with a coach?

If an employee cancels more than 24 hours in advance of the session, the session will be re-credited so that any of your employees can book a session with any of our available coaches for the remainder of the month. Any session cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be classified as delivered and will not be re-credited.
