Businesses often consider coaching their executives or high performers. And while this is beneficial, to truly foster a high-performance company culture, everyone needs the option of coaching regardless of their role within your organization.
83% of employees see learning and development as “vital”, while 66% would consider quitting within a year if their career development was cut. That makes it an even bigger reason employees leave than poor management.
But HR professionals and internal coaches can only do so much. HR teams have a lot to juggle, while employees may feel uncomfortable being honest with internal coaches, meaning they can’t work through their issues. Not to mention, neither of these options are scalable.
Coaching employees is imperative if you want to help them develop self-awareness, conquer workplace challenges, build resilience, and improve workplace relationships. All of which can improve your employee experience and company culture, leading to higher morale and productivity.
Our coaching, mentoring, and listening tools can solve all these challenges by offering your employees the opportunity to develop their personal and professional skills while overcoming what’s holding them back in the workplace, whatever that may be.
Coaching just one employee or leader doesn’t just benefit that person. It has a ripple effect throughout your organization, improving everything from workplace culture to mental health to performance.
When employees feel supported in the workplace, and have a safe space to air their feelings—whether that’s with an external coach, mentor, or via an always-on engagement platform—they’re more in tune with their feelings and therefore more about to handle the everyday (and not-so-everyday) stresses that come their way. This improves employee well-being and productivity, ensuring that short-term workplace stresses don’t metamorphosize into long-term problems–or reasons why someone quits.

At Sanctus, we take a wholebeing approach to employee coaching. This means that we don’t just look at a problem in isolation; we take into account a person’s wholebeing. Doing so helps us better support employees to deal with the challenges they face.
All our coaches have at least 500 hours of experience, ensuring they can support employee growth and adapt coaching sessions to an employee’s individual needs.
We have coaches who specialize in areas from women at work, to leadership, to neurodiversity, to LGBTQ+ and so much more. That means, whatever operates as a barrier to your employee performance, we’ve got a coach to help them navigate what’s holding them back in their career development.
Our coaching is both tailored and scalable. We offer online drop-in coaching sessions, where employees can book one-off sessions if they’re dealing with a specific problem, or ad-hoc sessions as and when they need them.
We also have workplace coaching programs designed to tackle specific problems such as women in business, returning parents, managing redundancy, leadership development, and so much more.
Usage metrics are great, but what if you could really measure the impact of your employee coaching initiative? What about being able to measure it in real time?
Our structured coaching programs like Connected Leadership start with a self-assessment so that employees can evaluate their current performance. At the end of the program, between 3 and 18 sessions depending on the package, they evaluate their performance now. This allows them to genuinely see the difference coaching has made to them throughout their time working with us.
When business coaching is implemented alongside an always-on listening platform, you can further track the impact coaching has had on your organization. Employees can share their thoughts on the coaching program, or any other initiatives or happenings within the business, anonymously. This reduces any fears of reprisals or consequences while ensuring questions they may have—and that others may have, too—get seen by the best person to answer them.
As we have a team of moderators on hand, we ensure that the right person finds the question or comment and can respond either privately to that person or so that the rest of the business can see, too.
It’s more important than ever to ensure that employees are engaged and morale is high. That’s often easier said than done, though.
Our coaching, mentoring, and listening packages can help align your employees with your company purpose. This improves employee engagement and performance as they understand the business direction and how their purpose and motivations tie in with it.
