Sanctus Coaching is high-quality, entirely confidential, 1-2-1 coaching delivered in the workplace, remotely. Whilst the workplace wellbeing space has seen a boom over the last few years, Sanctus Coaching has been around since 2016. Our coaching model was one of the first structured, regulated coaching models for the workplace setting, with robust vetting, safety and support structures in place. This focus on quality, safety & confidentiality remains at the heart of Sanctus Coaching, as does our unwavering emphasis on a holistic, relational and people-centred approach.
