In 2024 ScaleUp Capital combined our three human-centric companies to form the Sanctus Group: coaching, mentoring, listening. Our aim is to support businesses and their employees through the bad times and the good. We help give underrepresented employees a voice; teach managers how to become effective people leaders; support executives to become better communicators and empower their teams. Whether things feel like plain sailing or times are tough, one of our solutions could help your business. Discover what you team could achieve with our help. Get in touch today.
Sanctus was founded in 2016 by James Routledge and George Bettany. It was inspired by a post written by James about mental health in startups. He was feeling burned out and felt like he had no one to talk to about it. And so, Sanctus coaching, and our coaching philosophy, was born.
The Sanctus Coaching model and practice was one of the first structured, regulated coaching models in the world for work. It continues to be one of the most robust.
Its unique drop-in coaching model revolutionized and democratized coaching in the workplace. It made it so that anyone, anywhere, could access coaching through their work if they needed it.
Alongside that, it created several coaching programs designed to support employee growth including Connected Leadership, Sanctus Boost, and Connect & Reflect workshops.
Julie Chakraverty founded Rungway in 2016 with the aim of connecting leaders with employees at scale. It helps leaders understand emerging issues, empowering them to prioritize what matters most so that they can respond to issues in real time and deliver meaningful change.
It transforms data into actionable narratives so that leaders can respond at scale. With export support that can route enquiries, provide sentiment analysis, and advise on handling difficult narratives, it can guide dialogue, alert leaders to emerging situations, and foster a responsive and impactful workplace culture.
PushFar, a world-leading mentoring platform, was founded by Ed Johnson and Gabriel Sirbu in 2018. The idea of PushFar came from CEO and Co-Founder Ed Johnson, who was unable to find a mentor to help him in his career and realised many organisations were having difficulties scaling and building mentoring programmes.
PushFar’s mission is to make mentoring more accessible, effective and empowering for everyone.
PushFar’s innovative technology allows organisations to scale, customise, track and create thriving mentoring programmes that help employees succeed in their careers with ease.
PushFar’s mentoring software has helped hundreds of leading brands across the globe bring employees together to learn, connect and share fresh perspectives, helping create a learning culture where employees can truly thrive.
To make mentoring more accessible, PushFar also has a completely free open network with over 100,000 professionals, looking to mentor, be mentored or do both. Powering over 1,500,000+ hours of mentoring, PushFar’s all-in-one platform has helped transform the lives of thousands of professionals.
