Your Mental Health Pledge
For Mental Health Awareness Week the team each filled out a mental health pledge – something that they’d do for themselves and their mental health that week. We also had a mental health-themed bingo card to give us a list of activities to tick off during the week to support our wellbeing.
Every week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and so while these things were great during the week, there’s no reason we can’t use them every week.
