How mental health shaped our friendship and our business

At The Do Lectures in Wales, GB and I got the chance to share our story together, for the first time. 

Sanctus was born out of both of our experiences with mental health and our experience as mates has defined the business we are building. 

In this talk we got the chance to do something really special and unique and share our experience of one another in a talk. It’s honest, brutally honest at times as we both give each other some hard hitting feedback. 

George tells me I was hard to be close to.

George was afraid he’d catch a panic attack. 

I knew he’d love mental health.
