Purpose has become a transformative force reshaping the modern workplace but how do companies embrace it and what does it mean? This business breakfast seeks to answer those questions.

– Using your purpose-aligned strategy to build trust, align your teams and drive performance

The round table discussion will be facilitated by the panel and your active participation is welcomed. Post event a summary of the key themes and thoughts will be circulated.

  • Ed Johnson, CEO - PushFar: Ed Johnson is the CEO and Co-Founder of PushFar, the world's leading mentoring platform, which facilitated over 1.5 million hours of mentoring and was acquired by London-based private equity firm ScaleUp Capital. Named one of Forbes 30 under 30 for 2022 in Social Impact, Ed frequently collaborates with HR and learning teams, mentors startup entrepreneurs, and speaks publicly on mentoring, coaching, entrepreneurship, and business growth, with appearances on the BBC, Forbes, and Huffington Post.
  • Kerry Coxon, Director of People and Organistional Development - Roffey Park Institute: A qualified coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst, Kerry joined Roffey Park in April 2021 to drive key organisational outcomes as the Director of People & OD. With extensive experience in senior roles across organisations like the Airport Services, Logistics, the Fire & Rescue Service, the Police Service and the NHS, she has a strong background in developing organisational strategies, leading teams, and consulting across various industries across public and private sectors.
  • Al Bird, CEO - Sanctus: Al is CEO of the Sanctus Group and has served on the Board of Trustees of the Roffey Park Institute since 2022.  Formerly Managing Director of KnowledgePool where he was responsible for large scale managed learning services for clients including Lloyds Banking Group, Aviva and Ford.  A recognised leader and innovator in workplace wellbeing and organisation effectiveness, Al began his career in the Human Performance consulting practice at Accenture. Forever curious about people, technology and work, he holds an MSc. in Cognitive Ergonomics from UCL. 
  • Dr Albert Viljoen, Organisational Development Consultant and Coach - Sanctus: Dr. Albert Viljoen transitioned from form medical doctor to leadership coaching and organizational development after recognizing the healthcare system's limitations in fostering true well-being. After moving into health tech and human development, he now empowers leaders to make better choices for themselves and their teams. His mission is to create environments where purpose and well-being are at the heart of performance.
