Sanctus, a leading coaching and workplace wellbeing business, is looking for an agile and dynamic intern to support its purpose-led business!

Sanctus believes in proactive, human-led wellbeing and growth support in the workplace. We partner with over 80 businesses to provide high-quality, 1:1 personal coaching to their employees. What you will do:

We are looking for an intern who will directly report to the Coaching Service Manager to support the coaching service delivery team and various functions across the business.

You would gain exposure across Service Delivery, Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Project Management, enabling you to acquire knowledge, skills and operational expertise, whilst also contributing to the delivery of the team’s objectives.

Your work would cover a wide range of activities and tasks, including but not limited to the following: 

  • Supporting our coachees and coaches in their day-to-day request through the ticketing system which you would help to deploy
  • Provide first-level technical support to our coaches in delivering group workshops
  • Supporting our Coaching service delivery by taking part in some key steps of the process  including self-assessment questionnaire reports
  • Supporting our partners in managing the activity flows, including preparing the partners activity reports
  • Supporting our marketing team in engaging our partners and our coachees
  • Supporting our finance team in collating invoicing
  • Supporting our leadership team in tracking the KPIs of the activity (across areas such as NPS and Sessions delivered)

We are looking for someone who has a positive energy, willing to bring their own  critical thinking to the team by offering  feedback and improvement ideas to our processes and operations. We don’t want someone who just executes tasks, but actually we value your perspectives to enable us to do our best work. In return, you will be learning valuable business and interpersonal skills.

What is on offer?

The role will be in the range of £20K-£22K per annum pro rata depending on experience.

Experience and Skills required:

  • Strong academic record demonstrating an inquisitive intellect, and the ability to synthesise information   
  • Graduate calibre with studies in Business Administration, Economics, Management or similar
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken, C2 proficiency)
  • Tech agility in a workplace setting, including proficiency in Google suite
