What’s your background? (Coaching and otherwise)
When I look back I sometimes feel that I lived quite a few different lives. From having worked in the media industry for over 15 years, working in media recruitment to now working full time as a Life Coach. This said I feel I’ve come full circle to where I started as my degree was in Cultural & Social Development (BA Social Work). Looking back one thing that has always been the red thread in my life is my interest in working with people’s potential and their stories. When I started my coaching journey in 2015 I have never looked back.
What would you like people to know about your coaching?
Just bring you, wherever you are, and I will do the same. Don’t be afraid to explore yourself holistically as knowing who we are is as important as what we do. So let’s be curious and step into it with wonder. Curiosity might have killed the cat but to be curious about yourself will only help you grow.

You might think that I’m American or Canadian but don’t let me fool you as I’m Dutch. And for those who know the Dutch – my Dutch directness comes with the best intentions. 😉
